Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to haris@globalevents.gr . If cancellation is received by April, 2025 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of 50 euros. Between May 1 and 31, 2025, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made for cancellations after June 1, 2025. Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
